NorthernLAND Rentals evaluates the daily rental fee for your apartment according to the apartment type, size, sea view or pool view. With this type of rental you don't have to worry about anything, the NorhternLAND Rental Department manages everything. During lease management, the company receives 40% of the profits generated. These include all monthly fees associated with running the apartment; electricity, water, internet, cleaning, entrance, exit and others. The remaining 60% is paid to the customer every 3 months.
In addition, your apartment's occupancy rate, payments and maintenance and repair services will be manageable and available through our NorthernPlus+ application.
Another option is the guaranteed annual rental income that the company will pay you in advance. The amount paid varies depending on the type of apartment you have. The company pays the operating expenses of the apartment on your behalf.
If you want to use your apartment for your own purposes, 15 days are reserved for you during the year between November and February. You pay all operating expenses yourself during your stay.
